Week 1 Workouts

Registered wipro chennai Marathan for 21.1 kms event on 26th July 2013.  The event will be on December 1 sunday 2013.

As of now my target will be completing the full race distance.  So have to practice well....

Week 1
27th July 2013 - Ran in Treadmill for 10 Kms in 82:51 minutes.
        I started very slowly walked for 3 minutes, then started jogging around 6 kms per hour.  I think i completed i kms in 10 minutes, then i started increasing my speed slowly and steadily.  I had a glucose mixture drink, i drink small quantity of water after a kms.  Drinking water while running bit tough.  i completed 5 kms in 45 minutes.  After 8 kms i felt fit drowsy but i couldnt give up tried to complete the distance.  Finally i completed 10 kms in 82.51 seconds.  After that i felt so tired and i was not able to walk properly as legs was tired.  Then i come up to normal in few minutes.  And i drunk water and my glucose mixture.  Then i did small warmdown workout and left Gym.

      I took complete rest on the day.  I felt small pain in my knee and foot but i was able to manage and able to do my regular activities.

28th July 2013 - Played shuttle Cock for about 30 minutes.

29th July 2013 - 800 jogging & 4X400 running
        Went to ground and practiced.  Able to jog normally, but while going for 400 i felt that i am not able to push hard while finishing.  But i finished 4 X 400 times and then return back to home.
